hi, i have had problem quite while now, has got whole lot worse since recent windows update. not sure whether have one, or possibly two, separate problems. some time ago noticed laptop , inexplicably started waking sleep while lid down @ entirely random times. alright, so, have few questions. i'm on windows 7, , have multitude of malware scanners, such malware bytes, avast, , hitman pro, , few browser/startup scanners. recently, hitman pro has discovered 3 .dll files under name fs(.dll) , categorized malware. hitman seems reliable touchy scanner, scanned avast , malware bytes , found 0 results, scanning direct .dll files, which, way, under directory: c:\users\(my pc username)\appdata\local\temp, , under 3 files: hydd88c.tmp.1487195022 hyd5366.tmp.1487195971 hyd1898.tmp.1489503292 these folders seem related utorrent, have used in past. not explain recent rise of these .dll files are and under each of files, have directory, .dll files can found going through \hta\3rdparty\ on each. upon doing so, can find 2 files in each: the fs.dll file and .ocx activex control file, which, honest, not sure is, isn't registered malware scanners. i have looked these on web, no results on file info, saying sti

hello! alienware laptop has started connect , disconnect wifi @ house. tells me i'm unable connect, , troubleshoot , "intel wifi technology" icon comes , tells me adapter working again. happens @ least 10 times day, restarting doesn't help. when troubleshooting done, tells me "a network cable broken or interrupted" , fixed, , reconnected internet, doesn't last long. edit: "intel wifi technology" notification says "adapter not found". after troubleshooting/letting computer fix it, tells me "adapter available", in case means anyone. hi hannah, this issue possibly occur due system conflict. found thread has same concern intermittent connection. please refer , follow troubleshooting steps provided mohammad_imran's on thread . we're here assist if need further assistance. my os: windows 7 64 bit ultimate desktop. motherboard model:  970-gaming - amd (ms -7693) live update 6 - version: 6.2.0.06 after msi - live update upgrade on realtek drives (suggested live update) few days ago, sound blaster cinema 2, couldn't detect audio devises, app inactive like.  don't know do. system restore cannot recover application on normal state. days of web search and  even original motherboard's dvd won't start (failed load hardware monitor driver! program must run administrator) . right-mouse click "run administrator" doing same. the  sound blaster cinema 2  file downloaded support msi site , won't start, setup.exe nothing!  i tried uninstall "realtek , sound blaster cinema 2"* drives , re-install them, without desired results.  (* can't re-install @ all!) •  my pc report file here   - or -  this one help me please, format worst case me now.
