Touch scroll doesn't work after updating to Windows - Microsoft Community

the previous version of windows 10 working perfectly. after updating (which took more 1.5 hours!), touch scroll stopped working. (even clicks bit shaky, doesn't work well, i.e. clicks don't happen when button below touchpad pressed.)

what's worse lenovo y580 doesn't release drivers windows 10, , using earlier driver working on windows 7. however, after update seems have stopped!

what's installed lenovo pointing device synaptics version 19.0.9.5 , windows says up-to-date driver.

does know how fix this? 

update: 

i have rolled to microsoft windows [version 10.0.10240] , touchpad scroll works. 

the question microsoft then changed between microsoft windows [version 10.0.10240] and windows 10.0.10240.17202 invalidates aforementioned synaptics driver?

as per checking lenovo, seems y580 lenovo ideapad can support windows 7 windows 8.1. recommend downgrade ideal operating system optimize full capacity of device. further assistance, can contact device’s manufacturer support.
