if member of bing rewards, when daily offers see announcement of winner(s) of specific contests.

a contest may end yet, there time consuming process of verifying eligibility, getting proper signatures, etc... before releasing prize entrant. members have been ruled ineligible receive reward there goes eligible member or may withdrawn. read rules of every contest enter. scroll down #7  "how claim prize".
