since app not loading, may due windows store cache being corrupted. check this, suggest run windows app troubleshooter here. try automatically fix issues windows apps or @ least, give more information issue.
if running troubleshooter doesn't resolve issue, suggest running powershell command below administrator in command prompt. this, right-click on start menu icon , select command prompt (admin):
powershell -executionpolicy unrestricted -command "& {$manifest = (get-appxpackage microsoft.windowsstore).installlocation + '\appxmanifest.xml' ; add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register $manifest}"
after running command, should able run windows store app again. if not, feel free post more information or send screenshot if encounter error codes can troubleshoot further.
