How to reinstall Windows 10 pro after Home->OEM inplace upgrade - Microsoft Community

hi bought dell computer delivered windows 10 home. bought windows 10 home->pro inplace upgrade running on pro. question is, if want clean install windows 10 later, how go it? installer detect have upgraded pro or there option enter upgrade key during install? fear detect windows 10 home oem license in bios , not offer install windows 10 pro, meaning have in-place upgrade again after installation. rather computer fresh-installed windows 10 pro beginning.

if perform reset, reinstall windows 10 home.

because got digital license windows 10 pro pack upgrade, can reinstall using activation troubleshooter.

   open settings > update & security > activation > troubleshooter.
    sign in microsoft account used purchase pro pack license.
    after troubleshooting completed, windows 10 indicate digital license windows 10 pro has been found.
    click activate windows follow on-screen wizard.
