Toshiba Error Code: 0xc0000225 on Win 10 - Microsoft Community

hello,

my pc running poorly , decided recovery reset. right after, ran through complications. i've been getting error message:

error code: 0xc0000225  

prompting use few options f8, esc or enter, however, when choose either options "it goes blue option screen" stock on screen. now, i've tried searching options , followed some, creating usb windows tools windows 10, have not been successful. 

can help? i've been trying hours no results.

any insight, instructions correct issue appreciated.

(ps ran win 8 .. had use usb upgrade win 10)
