the dump file created @ c:\windows\minidump. may need change settings in windows able see file. show hidden files type folder options in search box above start button , select view, advanced settings , verify box before "show hidden files , folders" checked , "hide protected operating system files" unchecked. may need scroll down see second item. should make box before "hide extensions known file types" not checked.

 

what computer make , model? if not branded computer motherboard make , model?

 

please download , run driver view , upload copy of the report produces onedrive. report on drivers select edit, select followed file, save selected items.text file format please.

please provide copy of system information file. type system information in search box above start button , press enter key (alternative select start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information). select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here. if report in language other english, please state language.
