downloaded updates on windows 10 computer keep getting popup says, "can't install updates" issue , how can computer install updates. please provide more information cause of problem may diagnosed.   please restart computer , allow 20 minutes system run before uploading information required me investigate problem. when examining event viewer log files many, not all, problems show in period after computer has been booted.   please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r , type msinfo32 and click ok . place cursor on system summary . select file, export , give file name noting located. click save . files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. the system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy.
