Unable to input into search box in cortana or any other search - Microsoft Community

please route microsoft tech support windows ten anniversary edition.  worked today couple of hours aol techs on problem find out issue not cortana operating system.  shut down virus software , again not input search boxes. there multiple people issue. need assist please.
