updating dell venue 8 pro win 8.1 10 when install reached restart pc restarted win 10 not load neither win 8.1 , automatic repair not work neither recovery file revert to, how wipe drive clean annd reinstall windows?

you have go working computer, download , create bootable copy on bootable usb drive:

how download official windows 10 iso files 

then perform direct clean install:

because dell venue pro, might have use micro-usb usb adapter connect thumb drive perform clean install.
