we purchased , upgraded pc win 10 pro, laptop died , must replaced new one.

how reinstall win 10 pro bought?

if retail full copy of windows 10 pro, download, create bootable copy, perform clean instal on new computer:

if purchased pro pack upgrade through store:

windows 10 pro pack key

when purchase windows 10 pro pack using easy upgrade option in windows 10 home, don’t receive product key. instead, digital license attached microsoft account; used make purchase. if decide transfer windows 10 pro pack computer, can using activation troubleshooter.

  1. open settings > update & security > activation > troubleshooter.
  2. sign in microsoft account used purchase pro pack license.
  3. after troubleshooting completed, windows 10 indicate digital license windows 10 pro has been found.
  4. click activate windows follow on-screen wizard.
