admin account not opening - Microsoft Community

ca not access admin account on pc. keeps booting , never open up.

hi,

to resolve concern regarding frequent reboot, follow steps below:

  1. turn off computer.
  2. turn on computer. see windows logo spinning dots, press , hold down power button until computer turns off. process twice.
  3. turn on computer third time, , let load. should give message: preparing automatic repair. on next screen appear, click on advanced options.
  4. select troubleshoot > advanced options > click on startup repair.
  5. wait repair finish.
