How to UnSync Account from Other Laptop - Microsoft Community

so year , half ago, did settings unsync microsoft account old laptop (it has windows 8.1) gave father. days ago, new account using microsoft account created there absolutely no icons on screen , current laptop's (my current laptop windows 10) desktop applies other 1 (the old one.) when press start button, same programs , pictures , before new account created found in place , when open desktop file explorer, they're there too.

however, looks can switch accounts in old laptop 1 named "administrator", disappeared desktop icons , such found; except fact start menu empty, , i'd have start menu found in microsoft account created moved administrator start menu instead (because that's how was.)  so in short, account named administrator 1 dad using, had old microsoft account profile picture, , had start menu of new microsoft account popped out of nowhere. i have disconnected microsoft account local 1 reason still there, , laptop automatically logs well. 

what need is:

• disconnect microsoft account old laptop , prevent future syncs
• retain start menu applications , programs , pictures , in account named administrator
• not requiring password sign in or form of once laptop starts
