Cannot re-install/reset windows 10 - Microsoft Community

got yeadesktop virus in system. result of deleted many files , disabled many services whom thought reason of yeadesktop. virus quit controlled since not getting pop-ups. still i cannot  activate microsoft security , window defender. cannot make change in registery administrator. in administrator command prompt getting error "service not start due logon error". decided reset pc keeping personal files every time it, process while 30%-40%  and after pop-up start again. tried using "refresh windows tool" same condition. tried download media conversion tool, cannot download. again , again getting download fail. afraid may have deleted required file. appreciable.

appreciate have performed troubleshooting steps issue. however, troubleshooting steps virus still in pc. resolve issue, suggest perform clean installation remove virus on system. here's link simple guide on how perform clean installation.
