i installed drivers update still not work , when checked usb port 

i found works , motherboard work properly.

kindly respond following questions may further address issue experiencing:

1. beside updating device's drivers, other troubleshooting steps have done?
2. have done significant changes device prior issue?
3. have plugged in usb device , check if issue persists? if not, kindly so.
