function hey cortana not work, windows 10 have updated troubleshooting have tried , no problems. microphone works , cortana records function still not work,pleas me.

hey cortana works if have audio or video playing in background headphones on. sounds odd try it!

have problem on different tablet well.

i've tried trouble shooter, boosting mic , microphone works every other application said, hey cortana works while playing audio & videos.

let me know if works , i've posted insider hub few months ago.
