my laptop decided not accept our known login pw...went computer , entered new password.  went laptop , entered new password , wont recognize it.  first attempt message says wrong password...any try after tells me cant ccess account there problem try again later or ccess live.com.

i have tried doing shift , restart option still wont ake pw...says wrong.  who ll thought great idea?...lol

hi kim,

it sounds cause of issue related updates or changes on settings of laptop. ask questions know best possible resolution offer:

  • when did issue start?
  • did make changes on laptop before issue started?
  • have tried restarting pc in safe mode start windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers?
