i decided upgrade 250gb ssd 500gb 1 due running low on space. i'm using acronis true image 2017 this. i'm using acronis "recovery" drive signature (rather disk cloning directly). normal drive layout on original ssd (and backup image) this: and once image has been recovered new drive, it's this: the issue i'm having whenever extend c: use rest of unallocated space, or having unallocated space between c: , 450mb recovery partition - backup , restore fails. error codes different each case. with unallocated partition moved left of 450mb recovery, , c: extended use unallocated space - backup spits out error: windows backup encountered internal error. please review settings , retry operation. details: incorrect function. error code: 0x81000001. even unallocated space being left between c: , 450mb recovery not being utilised, fails error: windows backup failed while trying read shadow copy on 1 of volumes being

windows 10 anniversary update did not work , restored windows 10 previous version. okay keep widows 10 alone , not update it. can not keep spending time playing install.  please provide more information cause of problem may diagnosed.   please restart computer , allow 20 minutes system run before uploading information required me investigate problem. when examining event viewer log files many, not all, problems show in period after computer has been booted.   please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r , type msinfo32 and click ok . place cursor on system summary . select file, export , give file name noting located. click save . files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. the system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populate
