Windows 7 Home Premium Security + User Accounts - Microsoft Community

we have client had login account dhaliwal  packard bell pc+ set administrator,  however 1 not let user logon. comes user profile service service failed logon. (the user profile cannot loaded)

they took pc techie's pcw , have 2 login user account rajibrar + dhaliwal both administrator user accounts, although rajibrar logs in!! same message come when 1 try's login in dhaliwal user account!

the user profile 2 registry files , message indicates 1 of files corrupt , cannot loaded. there ways recover backup copy recommended solution here

this create new user , copy old user files new profile. delete old user altogether.

your it  appears have done apart last step. there has name change 2 accounts cannot have same name.
