since february windows update has tried , failed complete updates feature update windows 10 version 1607.  winver shows windows 10 version 1511 build 10586.839 on hp computer windows 7 until last summer's upgrade windows 10.  becaue of problems microsoft tech uninstalled windows 10 home , installed windows 10 pro in november.  version 1607 updates computer?

have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool?

yes, win10 version 1607 as version 1703 should available. since microsoft tech resolved previous problem , since have no idea how tech "uninstalled win10 home , installed win10 pro," microsoft tech will need resolve current problem.
