Verified apps only! - Microsoft Community

i have w10 home, @ current level, on 2 machines (desktop & laptop).

when trying install programs (e.g. samsung smart switch) manage ok on desktop laptop comes "your pc settings mean verified apps store can installed."

i note desktop settings include setting (in developer settings" allow choices of verified or elsse.

the laptop not have choice selection.

any suggestions?
