hi,

i got leptop dell vostro 5470 , i'm trying upgrade v1607 v1703 , repeatedly stuck on 85%.

each time i'm restarting computer , set previous versions.

those updates tha failed install:

i tried run windows update troubleshooter - , update still stuck after fixed funded issues.

you mentioned downloaded "upgrader" through microsoft, pertaining media creation tool can downloaded here? if not, suggest download media creation tool provided site, save on desktop, , perform repair upgrade install windows 10 on existing installation of windows 10 have right now. steps on how perform repair upgrade can found in wiki article andre da costa.
