MS Health Dashboard not working - Microsoft Community

hi there,

i following error message (see attached pic) when try sign on ms health dashboard. happening since 5-6 days , independently if i'm using pc or android tablet, independently on web browser. can't access data neither windows phone. know what's happening?

this problem how devices connect network source. have checked if same thing happen when you're connected different network, or when you're using mobile data?

you can reset microsoft band app android , windows phones resolve app connection problems. please note doing remove current configurations , files have, should re-downloaded once set account again. can files won't lose anything.

we suggest using inprivate browsing access microsoft health web dashboard through pc. press ctrl + shift + p buttons on keyboard open inprivate browsing tab using microsoft browsers.
