Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems - Microsoft Community

each time have install cumulative update fails install. after restart locks @ 30%. month is kb4015217 and kb4018483, last month was kb4015438.

i have had problem on , off on twelve months.

please advise need solve problem, normal updates install without problem.

i tried link......but ironic thing since update, internet function on our pc non existant due patch/update fault.......so can't navigate or download content since 13th april.

i typing message on ipad............

i'm sorry hear problem hasn't been solved yet.

from above description, understand you're facing connection issues after upgrade build 1703. right?

if so, first try follow steps mentioned in article: fix network connection issues in windows 10

remember keep network adapter driver updated.

if doesn't help, maybe suggest go build 1607 (many users facing network issues after upgrade): settings > update & security > recovery > go previous version of windows 10 > started.
