Wifi Not Connected - Connections are available on Windows 8.1

i cant connecting laptop home wifi network.

my wifi status "not connected connection available", try troubleshoot problems couldn't identify problem.

and basic network information unknown "the dependency service or group failed start".

i cant connect of app in laptop(skype , line , chrome, explore, firefox).

note : m sure, not home wifi problem because work in phone , friend's laptop.

but found tips fix it,

if using windows 8 or 10, hold the windows key and press x. choose command prompt (admin).

type following command elevated command prompt and press enter:

net localgroup administrators localservice /add

type following command elevated command prompt and press enter:

net localgroup administrators networkservice /add

type exit into elevated command prompt and press enter to close the command prompt. restart your computer.
