hp elitebook 8470p 64 bit ram 8gb hdd 1 tb running windows 8.1 pro has been having freezing problems , programs not responding , closing in middle of operation. think has been infected virus although have installed various antimalware softwares eg malwarebytes, super anti-malware, emsisoft antimalware, eset nod32 antivirus, kasperky removal tool, hitman pro among others none of them seems detect problem. used adwcleaner 1 time , after had finished scanning asked reboot complete cleanup process. rebooted after login black screen appeared  . tried press ctrl+alt+del opened when pressed task manager black screen movable cursor shows again. tried boot safe mode pressing shift+ restart on login screen worked few times because times restart login screen. anyway while in safe mode tried different solutions googled such sfc/scannow command, deleting windows activation folder, uninstalling graphic card drivers, deleting file: windows.ui.immersive.dll etc none of so
