Server 2016 Essentials Office 365 Integratino broken - Microsoft Community

when setup server 2016 essentials, worked fine. able integrate office 265 , azure pretty flawlessly. now, stopped working , i'm not sure why. i've installed updates, still isn't working. comes , says unknown error occurred when try import office 365 accounts.

any idea what's going on. told there option update fix doesn't show me having updates install on system.
