unable to open windows store - Microsoft Community

unable open windows store have tried doing wsreset.exe did not work have tried powershell did not work either want figure out how fix issue , neither microsoft support can fix crap.

to resolve issue, suggest run the windows store apps troubleshooter. to run it, follow steps below:

1. click start.  
2. on search bar, type troubleshooting, , click on troubleshooting results. 
3. on left pane, click view all.
4. click windows store apps.

if issue persists, let's clear files related windows store. follow steps below:

1. click start.
2. on search bar, type services, , click on services from results.
3. the list of services appear. windows update on list, right-click on it, , click stop.
4. open file explorer.
   
5. navigate c:\windows\softwaredistribution and delete of contents. go folder, can paste path on address bar.
6. go services window, , start windows update service.
7. open store again.
