Multiple instances of a Synaptics driver update for Synaptics PS/2 - Microsoft Community

since 23 january 2017 have received , allegedly had installed, successfully, 18 instances of synaptics driver update synaptics ps/2 port touchpad.

in addition there have been 8 failures on period install same driver update.

microsoft cannot issuing multiple updates driver , i'm wondering can done stop process. logic dictates computer not signalling microsoft update has been completed though there eighteen instances shown on updates list has.
