Fail to install KB4019472 - Microsoft Community

hi community!

i running following system:

windows 10

version 1607

os build 14393.1066

i running out of ideas on how install windows 10 update kb4019472.

tried manual download , install - no success

troubleshooted control panel/troubleshooting/windows update - no success

tried resetting updates registry - no success

tried update , restart hidden admin account - no success

in nutshell:

- package downloaded

- windows prompts restart complete installation

- process fails install package

we appreciate effort in providing details issue. for initial troubleshooting, try using microsoft easy fix solution on link , link "resolve problems prevent updating windows".

after troubleshooter done, try running windows update again , install available updates.
