hi, few days ago got verizon data capable tablet , have been using hotspot internet. can connect devices, , devices work, except windows 8.1 computer. ideas why?

p.s. have restarted computer , tablet many times, , disconnected , reconnected , forgot network , reentered password, , nothing.

p.p.s can connect it, whenever try requires internet, nothing works.
