(10.0.15063.0). tried use cortana within webpage search , found still not functioning, giving me cryptic message not being connected internet, was. used vmware horizon client connect work, have been doing on year without issues. while connected , in middle of conference call, got pop-up running low on memory, , windows closed horizon session causing me bad customer. rebooted , writing different community email, asking cortana issue , low memory issue. recreating cortana issue verbiage correct, when screens went black. waited several minutes till obvious system locked up. rebooted again, , went system restore, put system before creator update, find system restore turned off system drive. *****d. why why why????? how can remove creator mode, previous restore points return? system info: windows 10 professional (x64) (build 15063)

i have windows 10 laptop build 14393. has been working well, turned on today, searched "defend" bring result windows defender update definitions. definitions updated no problem. wanted open notepad. clicked windows icon, typed "note" , nothing shows says "best match" there no results @ all. when open task manager , click cortana, click end task, able use search function fine... things show up! able search calculator, paint, word, notepad, etc. no issues. click 1 of results, or don't click result close window has results... open again search "best match" again no results. pretty mean search function being dumb. i can work once , after end task cortana. but once click result, or choose not click close results, decide later want search results blank. i can work once , that's after ending task cortana. i have tried restarting computer. tried windows troubleshooting tool search , indexing... didn't
