Does Refresh/Reset leave secondary drives untouched? - Microsoft Community

hello all,

i can't seem find exact information on this:

i want refresh (or possibly reset) system need know if files on secondary drives wiped?

i know programs uninstalled, aside these processes wipe system data on primary drive , leave secondary drives untouched? or need disconnect secondary internal drives prevent them being wiped?
