Password failure when trying to get into Windows 7 - Microsoft Community

this morning when trying open windows 7 using password, received message "user profile services not loaded, therefore password failed.

hi terry,

there times windows may not recognize user profile correctly , may cause error. logged in, found supporting article on link provides series of troubleshooting steps on how fix the user profile service failed logon error.
