Windows 10 won't load after an update - Microsoft Community

hi all 

i had windows 7 , upgraded windows 10 free last july 

since started have issues windows won't load after update 

i able reset computer though , recover windows 

but week ago same thing happened windows went black , didn't load 

the problem restore system restore fails, reset works till 60% installing windows fails , black screen again 

recovery doesn't work 

safe mode doesn't work 

system repair doesn't work 

the thing can typing command through cmd don't know lot

i don't have cd or usb boot windows from 

i don't know and, complete reset , delete files windows don't want lose files.

is there thing can windows 10 or windows 7 had before without using files ? 

is there cmd can type help
