How to fix crashed Windows 10 machine - Microsoft Community

my computer blue screens during boot up.  i tried use reset tool system recovery menu reset windows install.  but, failed.  it didn't give me error messages.  it told me failed.  now computer stuck in infinite loop of blue screening , restarting.

i thinking of using media creation tool here.

but, how software keys crashed computer?  i can use bootable usb view file system.  is there key on file system contains key?

btw, i've run number of diagnostic tools.  there doesn't seem hardware issues.

won't need key long system activated , install same version using iso, when installing when asks key skip part , when system gets on line find activation servers , auto activate.
