why microsoft force windows 10 upgrade on pc's not supported windows 10?

my hp all-in-one not compatible windows 10. upgrade has been forced on me have spent significant time, had professional troubleshoot problems , still cannot speakers work. have been advised buy usb sound card , speakers, crazy.

i did not ask upgrade. computer unable go previous version computer thinks upgrade done 3 weeks ago, although made aware of 2 days ago. why microsoft think knows better it's users whether new os great idea?
