Cant install Directx on Windows 10 Error: An internal system error

whenever try install version of directx displays same error.

tried disabling antivirus, didn't work

tried run administrator, didn't work

dxdiag says fine

current directx 12 installed.

don't want shake registry, but try if recommended.

please help!

no. it's nothing registry.

win10 has dx 9,10,11 , 12, , files corrupted time time, error messages

mention directx not caused other directx itself.

what name of game ? retail disk or steam or other download ?

what brand , model graphics processor machine use ?

i'm not sure what, "any version of directx" but...

the directx web installer below scan 'missing' dx files in , install them.

( not sure if it's necessary win10. beileve windows updates should on win10)

- in case of corrupt directx file system file checker ( sfc /scannow ) may able fix it, or

whatever preventing dx installing.

- can reinstall directx using full dx installer (june 2010 ). overwrites dx files

(excepting 2 dx12 files) new copy.
