Windows 10 Creator Update stuck at 32% Show Error Code 0xC1900101 - Microsoft Community

i trying update creator update via window update didn't work. so, tried media creation tool still didn't work.\

every time stuck @ 32 % . removed peripheral usb keyboard, mouse , nas. still can't update. 
please kindly help.

in french lot of person have problem, have uninstall antivirus, office, use mediacreationtool, same problem, , removed peripheral usb (and second screen)
