Windows 10 installing stuck on blue logo no spinining circle - Microsoft Community

hello!

i have been trying upgrade windows 10 32 bit version 64 bit version.

i used media creation tool , booted usb drive, there problem starts. pc shows windows blue logo , it. no hard drive activity nothing. have waited 30 min, no luck. keyboard caps lock light turns on , off when push dont know if help.

before ask yes the no execute memory protection enabled

pc specs-

motherboard - gigabyte ga-p31-es3g

cpu - intel core  2 quad q8200

gpu - nvidia geforce 9800 gt

ram - ddr2 4gbos - windows 10 32bit home 1703 (15063.413)

do need uefi use windows 10 64 bit? using old styled bios.

restart computer, load computer bios, reset factory defaults, try booting windows 10 install media again.
