hi,  i bought cheap bluetooth mouse on amazon use galaxy tab pro in conjuntion logitech wireless keyboard. mouse works perfect feels , looks cheap so, because use much, decided purchase higher quality one. 1 chose microsoft 3600. unfortuantely microsoft mouse severly impacts wifi on tablet. running speed test mouse off gives 40mbs result, expect connection, connect microsoft mouse speed runs below 1mbs. have tested cheap mouse , has no effect on wifi. i've tested bluetooth keyboard , has no effect.  the mouse effects wifi on tablet, ie. other devices connected wifi not effected.  i have read on other forums should change channel on router , i've done has made no difference.  any suggestions fix this? *** post moved appropriate category *** Windows / Other/Unknown

this update has refused install since 24th of march. prior update, facing issues wifi adapter , attempted check updates. fist time tried updating kb4015438, got error 0x80073701, since then, bar goes past 0%. if ever does, fails install. previously, kb4013418 happened on 16th no hitch whatsoever. i attempted troubleshoot windows updater of dism tool found nothing. used system update troubleshooter found , fixed many issues. used system file checker tool , found no issues. through all, however, update refuses happen. i manually went microsoft catalogue download update, when looked had installed, received pop message saying "failed install." i have noticed multiple others facing same issue in microsoft community, don't see done yet. kindly issue, microsoft. needed messing wifi adapter well. ten attempts in background today - burning blurays;' near 7 gig of downloads have now had bloc
