in windows 8 while updating after restarting pc update started  and stopped , error came" fatal error c000002 applying update operation 48504 of 107811 " came , still going on laptop hasn't started . should please me out

hi,

 

windows update may fail due internet connection or because of third party programs. able boot computer in safe mode? if yes, suggest boot pc in safe mode , follow troubleshooting steps in article.
