Could not load file or assembly Newtonsoft.Json - Microsoft Community

installed security patches last night on windows server 2012 r2 server in sharepoint 2013 farm , agilepoint eforms returns error:

could not load file or assembly 'newtonsoft.json, version=6.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or 1 of dependencies. system cannot find file specified.

reinstalling latest update , hot fix of agilepoint did not fix problem. guessing either kb4019114, kb4019215, or kb3172729 caused error moving/removing dll. newtonsoft.json used framework, hoping else has found fix missing dll.
