what this? help? lol... why love profile name. sry if offends anyone, truth on how feel .

i have post talking issue... post showing 1 of infinite reasons hating microsoft right now... (see did there). nothing solving issue , after spending several weeks trying fix this, return graphics card bought because pissing me off(aka -- no pc gaming). drivers needed card require windows version 1511 or higher, , know don;t have that, nothing --------- working!!! still have original windows 10 version (10240) , can't update it. have tried literally everything... if can out... luck, doubt can.

have tried media creation tool?  takes latest public release.  15063.xxx
