Toshiba with Windows 8 was working fine but I tried to upgrade to - Microsoft Community

toshiba computer...tried upgrade window 8 windows 10.  didn't load gave me opportunity return windows 8.  in loop can't fix.  " windows not complete installation. install windows on computer, restart installation."  tried hitting f12 @ startup , lists both windows 8 , 10 operating systems neither load.  thoughts?  second question:  purchased microsoft office key load on toshiba.  worked until downloaded windows 10.  never used office on toshiba loaded it.....now laptop won't start.  can re-use office key on computer or late because loaded?

the free upgrade windows 10 offer microsoft expired on 29th july, 2016.

but microsoft has number of exceptions in place users missed out on free upgrade and they have not stated end date these exceptions, adjust necessary.

you have contact ms support and they should able to assist free upgrade 10..
