Cannot remove "ghost" device - Microsoft Community

some time ago testing program, allows use smartphone web-camera. test didn't work out, uninstalled it.

recently installing program real web-camera. didn't work too, , guess that's because trying use virtual web-camera installed first program, while real camera left unrecognized.

there no virtual camera in device manager or pnputil, , have no idea how remove it.

do have suggestion on how solve this?
