laptop shuts off when attaching a file to an email on windows 7. - Microsoft Community

when try , attach file documents email via aol on google chrome, on windows 7, my laptop shuts down , works after several attempts. 

hi kim,

 

 

to better address concern, need answer following questions:

 

  • which type of file trying attach email?
  • does issue happen types of files, or limited specific file type?
  • are experiencing same issue when access aol email in browser?
  • did make changes before issue happened?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
