1. press windows key + x on keyboard.
   
2. choose command prompt (admin).
   
3. copy or type each command followed hitting enter:
      sfc /scannow
      dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

method 3: reset windows store.

1. press windows key + r on keyboard.
   
2. type wsreset , hit enter.
