y windows store cant open ..i fell wery less plese gived me solution

  • when did start encountering issue?
  • have made changes computer prior issue?
  • are getting error messages when trying access windows store? if so, kindly provide exact error message.

method 1: run troubleshooter windows apps.

method 2: resolving issues corrupted system files running system file checker , dism tool.

  1. press windows key + x on keyboard.
  2. choose command prompt (admin).
  3. copy or type each command followed hitting enter:
       sfc /scannow
       dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

method 3: reset windows store.

  1. press windows key + r on keyboard.
  2. type wsreset , hit enter.
