windows 10 cannot reset - Microsoft Community

cant reset windows 10 factory reset , recovery mode. many other programs failing. can't edge stay open. having problem seeing harddrive, of time. please help.

there several reasons cause issue. confirm you're trying go previous  version of windows that's why you're doing reset? there missing or incomplete installation that's why it's giving errors , programs failing when being launch. suggest check article: download windows 10 in resolving issue.
