hello all, i using hp pc has touch display. pc used in showroom let customers surf our products , such stuff. the problem facing when dragging finger left side on touch screen, windows displays view can switch between current opened applications or create new desktop. want disable feature because customers might gesture accidentally. any suggestions? thanks in advance. hi mina, this settings preferred depends on device using. we suggest contact device manufacturer see if option available disable. feel free contact if need further assistance. regards. i have been faithfully making system images of desktop computer has ssd c drive , older hard disk data drive, running windows 10 pro. have been putting both drives in system images. don't have other backups of data drive. computer died, think due power supply failure, bought new 1 since old 1 9 years old. installed data drive new computer (windows 10 home), doesn't see it. have put both old drives external usb enclosures, , new computer sees ssd drive, not data drive. don't hear data drive spinning, may dead. here questions: 1) there trick getting windows 10 recognize old data drive, either installed internally or externally? 2) can restore data drive image, or have recreate whole computer , restore of both drives? 3) if can restore data drive image, can install new, blank drive in new computer it? wouldn't want boot drive in new computer while try reclaim old data drive. i can see need doing separate data backups in addition im...

hi guys, i wanted post ask if has been able install new .net framework 4.7 windows 10 on windows 10 machine? yesterday when updating laptop, offered windows update after else had been downloaded , installed.  i installed new recent cumulative update manually, find method more efficient.  it downloaded failed install after sitting 'preparing install' on 10 mins.  the following screenshot shows have in windows update @ moment; there no logging of failing install in of event logs - system, setup or application. from here, decided download offline installer following url; microsoft .net framework 4.7 (offline installer) windows 7 sp1, windows 8.1, windows 10 anniversary update, windows server 2008 r2 sp1, windows server 2012, windows server 2012 r2 , windows server 2016 this failed install, setup.exe process crashed , stalled.  after running hour, cancelled , closed application. i rebooted laptop , came cleanly....
